By accessing or using FREE MD to PDF at freemdtopdf.com (the "Service"), operated by SOCARDE TRADING SRL ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FREE MD to PDF is a free, browser-based tool that converts Markdown text into PDF documents. The Service provides:

  • A markdown editor with live preview
  • Custom document styling (fonts, colors, layout)
  • Support for code highlighting, LaTeX math, Mermaid diagrams, and tables
  • PDF export with configurable settings

3. Free Use

The Service is provided free of charge. No account registration is required. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create using the Service. Your markdown content is processed in your browser and is only temporarily sent to our server during PDF generation, after which it is immediately discarded. We do not store, review, or claim any rights to your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to excessively access the Service in a way that degrades performance for others
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (beyond what is publicly available)

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the property of SOCARDE TRADING SRL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.
